i’m upset the show didn’t go as planned. the show started 40 minutes late. they started the foam at the beginning of the show when i told them to start it half way. so people’s feet were soaked, because the bubbles disappeared and we just had soapy pools of water all night. i feel like the owners of the venue didn’t listen to me. kids were upset. and the show was awesome. i planned an event and it was ruined from the beginning. all the bands did great, so it was a hit, but mostly a miss. seriously a show that would have been talked about for a long time will now only have low lights of peoples shoes being ruined and no dancing because someone thought they knew what they were doing. but its what i get for not showing up on time. i said i’d be an hour late. i should have been there for load-in. i really should have. so i could have made sure the things i planned would follow through.

i need to enjoy more west coast bands. so when tour dates for my favorite bands are announced i’m not bummed when i don’t see a vegas or salt lake date.
